The more I workout, the more I eat. The past 5 days or so I haven't been that great at counting all of my calories and that's why I gained. I completely agree that you loss weight at a much slower rate if you don't eat enough. Your body need fuel to burn fat. Plus you don't want to lose muscle by eating too little. With that said, and with my background in nutrition, I must say that I don't trust the calculators that tell me I need to eat 2000 to lose or whatnot. Everyone is different and everyone's body metabolizes at a different rate. Mine is kinda slow. You are doing a great ...don't stress yourself out! You are doing a great job. One question though...how many calories do you allow yourself every day? And how did you come about that number? I was shocked to find out how many I need to consume just to LOSE weight. I originally said I will eat 1200 calories a day but that was sooo wrong.
